Everything there were good, including fast check-in in the room.

Some of the staff were very rude.

Loved the stay, it was quite comfortable at a stressful time.

Had a really great time. The location was favourable, around 10-15 minutes walk from a big amusement park. There was a great restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

We had an a double room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was excellent, for example, a big amusement park was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. The pool bar was nice and the drinks were hot. They had an efficient check-in.

Room was warm and perfect, included nice bathroom. Staff was respectful and very cool, was willing to help. The location was best possible, right by restaurants.

It was fab time in Phoenix. Well-appointed room and cooperative staff, well-appointed place to stay in the city. Location was reasonably priced for exploring this great area. Nice service offered in this hotel too.

Unique location with freshly decorated rooms, highly professional staff and lovely food.

The staff was always charming. Neat room with soft beds, good offer. Free breakfast with plenty of hot/cold dishes. The pool was heated and the views were absolutely beautiful! I had a truly memorable stay at this fab hotel.

Thanks very much for an AMAZING service, recommend. Our king room had a heating system, multi-channel TV and a writing desk. There's a wide range of restaurants to choose from, like Outback Steakhouse, set within 20 minutes walk or so.

It deserves its 3 stars. The queen room had everything you need, a heating system, television and a writing desk. Plus, free Wi-Fi was available. North Mountain district definitely deserves your time and attention😃

Every detail there was beautiful. We greatly enjoyed our time here. It's worth staying here and exploring North Mountain district.
